予報の限界、安全な利用、iCloud共有、AeriPaw Plusの購入条件を説明します。

1. 적용 범위
이 서비스 약관은 더리더스 매교역점(대표자 이정제, 브랜드 Grigent)이 제공하는 AeriPaw의 날씨 비교, 펫 성장, iCloud 동기화, 가족 공유, 위젯 및 Plus 기능에 적용됩니다. 앱 소프트웨어의 라이선스에는 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약이 적용되며, 이 약관은 그 계약을 대체하지 않습니다.
2. 예보와 안전
예보 제공자는 서로 다른 관측·모델·갱신 주기를 사용하므로 결과가 다르거나 지연·누락·오류가 있을 수 있습니다. ‘일치도’는 사용 가능한 예보끼리 얼마나 비슷한지를 나타낼 뿐 실제 정확도를 보장하지 않습니다. 동네 실시간 정보는 최근 이용자 제보를 요약한 참고 신호로, 적거나 잘못되거나 지연될 수 있으며 공식 관측·예보를 수정하거나 대체하지 않습니다. AeriPaw 1.0은 긴급 특보 서비스나 항공·항해·농업 방재·의료·응급 대응용 전문 안전 시스템이 아닙니다. 공식 재난문자와 관할 기관 안내를 별도로 확인해야 합니다.
3. 계정, iCloud와 가족 공유
AeriPaw는 별도의 공개 Grigent 계정을 요구하지 않습니다. iCloud를 켠 경우 같은 Apple 계정의 개인 CloudKit에 앱 데이터가 동기화될 수 있습니다. 복원 시점과 완전성은 Apple 서비스 및 네트워크에 영향을 받으므로 유일한 백업 수단으로 간주해서는 안 됩니다. 가족 공간은 초대받은 사람만 접근할 수 있지만, 초대 링크는 신뢰하는 사람에게만 보내야 합니다. 소유자는 참여자의 접근을 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
4. 펫, 업적과 올바른 제보
펫·사료·유대감·업적은 앱 안의 오락적 진행 요소이며 현금, 재산권 또는 외부 교환 가치를 갖지 않습니다. AeriPaw는 쉬는 동안 펫이 아프거나 사라지는 페널티를 두지 않습니다. 조작, 자동화, 역공학 또는 서비스 방해로 보상을 부정 취득해서는 안 됩니다. 동네 날씨는 현재 위치에서 직접 확인한 상태만 제보해야 하며 허위·반복·자동화 제보를 해서는 안 됩니다. 운영자는 품질과 보안을 위해 비정상 제보를 제한하거나 집계에서 제외할 수 있습니다.
5. AeriPaw Plus
Plus는 최대 5개의 펫 슬롯과 프리미엄 방 테마를 여는 자동 갱신 없는 비소모성 앱 내 구입입니다. 최종 가격과 세금은 구매 확인 전 App Store가 표시합니다. 같은 Apple 계정에서 구매 복원을 사용할 수 있습니다. 청구, 환불, 결제수단과 거래 기록은 Apple의 정책과 시스템이 관리합니다. 핵심 날씨, 출처표시와 안전 안내는 구매 여부로 제한하지 않습니다.
6. 지식재산과 제3자 자료
AeriPaw의 코드, 브랜드와 오리지널 캐릭터 자산은 Grigent 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 1.0의 날씨와 품종 카탈로그에는 Apple Weather, MET Norway, Wikidata 등 제3자 자료가 포함되며 각 라이선스·상표 조건이 적용됩니다. 출처표시가 제3자의 보증이나 제휴를 뜻하지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 종료
보안, 법률, 제공자 API 또는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능·출처·지원 기기를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 구매한 Plus의 핵심 권리를 부당하게 제거하지 않으며, 법률상 필요한 경우 사전 통지 또는 적절한 구제수단을 제공합니다.
8. 책임과 소비자 권리
법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스는 ‘있는 그대로’ 제공되며 중단 없는 이용이나 예보의 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 고의·중과실, 인명 피해 또는 적용법상 제한할 수 없는 소비자 권리는 이 조항으로 배제되지 않습니다. 이용자의 지역에서 강행되는 소비자보호법이 이 약관보다 우선합니다.
9. 준거법, 사업자 정보와 문의
강행 소비자법을 해치지 않는 범위에서 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 합니다. 서비스 제공자는 더리더스 매교역점(대표자 이정제, 사업자등록번호 311-11-96076)이며, 주소는 수원시 팔달구 정조로 641, 전화번호는 010-3333-9289입니다. 분쟁 전 먼저 [email protected]으로 연락해 주세요. Apple은 이 서비스 약관의 당사자가 아니며 앱과 서비스 책임은 더리더스 매교역점에 있습니다.
Important: AeriPaw weather is for everyday reference. For decisions affecting life, safety, or property, follow government alerts and the original notice from the responsible weather or emergency agency.
1. Scope
These Service Terms govern AeriPaw's forecast comparison, pet progression, iCloud sync, family sharing, widget, and Plus features supplied by 더리더스 매교역점 (representative: JUNGJE LEE; brand: Grigent). The software licence is governed by the Apple Standard EULA; these Service Terms do not replace it.
2. Forecasts and safety
Providers use different observations, models, and update schedules, so forecasts can disagree, arrive late, be incomplete, or be wrong. “Agreement” measures similarity among available forecasts; it is not a promise of accuracy. Nearby live information is a reference signal summarising recent user reports; it can be sparse, wrong, or delayed and never changes or replaces an official observation or forecast. AeriPaw 1.0 is not an emergency-alert service or a professional aviation, marine, agricultural safety, medical, or emergency-response system. Check government alerts and the responsible public agency separately.
3. iCloud and family sharing
AeriPaw requires no public Grigent account. When iCloud is enabled, app data may sync to your private CloudKit container under the same Apple Account. Timing and completeness depend on Apple and connectivity, so do not treat it as your only backup. Family spaces are invitation-only; share invitations only with people you trust. The owner is responsible for managing participant access.
4. Pets, achievements, and honest reports
Pets, food, bond points, and achievements are entertainment progression with no cash, property, or external exchange value. AeriPaw does not make pets sick or remove them during a break. Do not manipulate, automate, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service to obtain rewards unfairly. Report only conditions you directly observe at your current location; false, repeated, or automated reports are prohibited. We may rate-limit or exclude abnormal submissions to protect quality and security.
5. AeriPaw Plus
Plus is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase with no automatic renewal. It unlocks up to five pet slots and premium room themes. The App Store shows the final local price and taxes before confirmation. Restore Purchase works with the same Apple Account. Apple manages billing, payment methods, refunds, and transaction records. Core weather, attribution, and safety guidance are never placed behind Plus.
6. Intellectual property and third-party material
AeriPaw code, branding, and original character assets belong to Grigent or their rightful owners. Version 1.0 weather and breed-catalogue data can include Apple Weather, MET Norway, and Wikidata material under their respective licences and trademark terms. Attribution does not imply endorsement or partnership.
7. Changes and availability
Features, sources, or supported devices may change for security, law, provider API, or operational reasons. We will not unfairly remove the core entitlement purchased with Plus, and will provide notice or remedies where law requires them.
8. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted access or accurate forecasts. Nothing here excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer protection in your place of residence prevails.
9. Governing law, provider, and contact
Subject to mandatory consumer law, Republic of Korea law governs these Service Terms. The provider is 더리더스 매교역점 (representative: JUNGJE LEE; Korean business registration no. 311-11-96076; brand: Grigent), 641 Jeongjo-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si, Republic of Korea; telephone +82-10-3333-9289. Please contact [email protected] before starting a dispute. Apple is not a party to these Service Terms; the provider is responsible for the app and service.

1. 適用範囲
本サービス規約は더리더스 매교역점（代表者：JUNGJE LEE、ブランド：Grigent）が提供する予報比較、ペット成長、iCloud同期、家族共有、ウィジェット、Plus機能に適用されます。アプリソフトウェアのライセンスにはApple標準EULAが適用され、本規約はそれに代わるものではありません。
2. 予報と安全
各社は異なる観測、モデル、更新周期を使うため、予報には差、遅延、欠落、誤りがあり得ます。「一致度」は利用可能な予報同士の近さで、正確性の保証ではありません。近くのリアルタイム情報は最近の利用者報告をまとめた参考情報で、件数不足、誤り、遅延があり得ます。公的な観測・予報を変更または代替しません。AeriPaw 1.0は緊急警報サービスや、航空・航海・農業防災・医療・緊急対応用の専門システムではありません。政府と公的機関の案内を別途確認してください。
3. iCloudと家族共有
公開Grigentアカウントは不要です。iCloudを有効にすると、同じApple Accountの個人用CloudKitへデータが同期される場合があります。復元はAppleと通信状況に左右されるため、唯一のバックアップとしないでください。家族スペースは招待制です。信頼する相手だけに送り、所有者がアクセスを管理してください。
4. ペット、実績、正しい報告
ペット、ごはん、絆、実績は現金・財産権・外部交換価値を持たない娯楽要素です。休んでも病気になったり消えたりしません。不正な自動化、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、妨害は禁止します。地域の天気は現在地で直接確認した状態だけを報告し、虚偽、反復、自動化された報告を行わないでください。品質と安全のため、異常な送信を制限または集計から除外する場合があります。
5. AeriPaw Plus
Plusは最大5匹のペット枠とプレミアムテーマを開放する、自動更新のない非消耗型の買い切りです。確定前にApp Storeが現地価格と税を表示します。同じApple Accountで購入を復元できます。請求・返金・支払方法・取引記録はAppleが管理します。基本の天気、出典、安全に関する案内はPlusで制限しません。
6. 知的財産と第三者資料
コード、ブランド、オリジナルキャラクターはGrigentまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。バージョン1.0で利用するApple Weather、MET Norway、Wikidata等の資料には各ライセンス・商標条件が適用されます。出典表示は推薦・提携を意味しません。
7. 変更・提供
セキュリティ、法令、提供者API、運用上の理由で機能や情報元を変更・終了する場合があります。購入済みPlusの中心的権利を不当に削除せず、法令上必要な通知・救済を行います。
8. 責任と消費者権利
法令の範囲でサービスは現状有姿で提供され、無停止や予報精度を保証しません。故意・重過失、人身損害、適用法上制限できない消費者権利は除外されません。居住地の強行的消費者保護法が優先します。
9. 準拠法・事業者・連絡先
強行消費者法を害しない範囲で大韓民国法を準拠法とします。事業者は더리더스 매교역점（代表者：JUNGJE LEE、韓国事業者登録番号：311-11-96076、ブランド：Grigent）で、住所は大韓民国 Suwon-si, Paldal-gu, Jeongjo-ro 641、電話は+82-10-3333-9289です。紛争前に [email protected] へご連絡ください。Appleは本サービス規約の当事者ではなく、事業者がアプリとサービスに責任を負います。
