사용자가 예보를 조회하면 선택한 좌표와 기술적 요청 정보가 아래 수신자에게 전송됩니다. 광고·판매·사용자 프로파일링을 위한 제공은 하지 않습니다.

동네 날씨를 제보하면 정확한 좌표는 AeriPaw 프록시에서 약 2km 지역 격자를 계산한 직후 버리고, 지역 격자와 비·눈·강수 없음 선택만 보관합니다. 최근 30분 안에 같은 지역의 제보가 3건 이상이고 60% 이상 일치할 때 대표 신호를 표시하며, 이는 공식 예보를 변경하거나 대체하지 않습니다. 세부 출처·라이선스와 각 제공자의 정책 링크는 날씨 출처 페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 처리위탁과 국외이전

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 사업자의 국외 인프라를 이용합니다. 전송은 해당 기능을 사용할 때 TLS로 이루어집니다.

날씨 조회나 동네 제보를 하지 않거나 iCloud를 끄고 앱의 로컬 저장 방식을 사용하여 해당 이전을 제한할 수 있습니다. 앱 사용을 중단하면 전송을 거부할 수 있으나 관련 예보·제보·동기화·가족 공유 기능은 제공되지 않습니다.

5. iCloud와 가족 공유

개인 데이터는 Apple의 개인 CloudKit 컨테이너에 저장됩니다. 공개 프로필이나 Grigent 비밀번호 계정은 만들지 않습니다. 가족 공유는 Apple의 초대 수락이 필요하며 소유자는 접근을 철회할 수 있습니다. iCloud 동기화 시점과 백업은 Apple 계정·네트워크 상태에 따라 달라집니다.

설정 → 내 데이터 → 앱 생성 데이터 삭제에서 펫, 진행 상황, 저장 장소, 업적을 삭제할 수 있으며 삭제가 개인 iCloud에 동기화됩니다. 앱은 소유한 가족 공간의 공유 종료 또는 참여 공간 탈퇴도 시도합니다. 네트워크 오류가 나면 가족 탭에서 다시 해제할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한은 iOS 설정에서 철회할 수 있고, 구매 내역·환불은 Apple이 관리합니다. 동네 제보는 계정·기기 식별자 없이 저장되어 특정 이용자의 행을 다시 찾을 수 없으며 1시간 안에 자동 삭제됩니다. 본인 또는 법정대리인은 이메일이나 전화로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 본인 확인 후 법정 기간 안에 처리합니다.

목적 달성, 보유기간 만료 또는 적법한 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구하기 어려운 방식으로 삭제하고, 종이 출력물이 생긴 경우 분쇄 또는 소각합니다. 법령상 별도 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 분리 보관한 뒤 해당 기간이 끝나면 파기합니다. 서비스 제공자의 백업에 남은 사본은 각 사업자의 순환 삭제 일정에 따라 삭제됩니다.

7. 웹 저장장치

이 웹사이트는 선택한 언어 코드만 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(aeripaw-language)에 저장합니다. 광고 쿠키나 분석 도구는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

8. 보안·아동

TLS 통신, Apple의 앱 샌드박스·CloudKit 권한, 키를 숨기는 프록시, 짧은 캐시를 사용합니다. 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 앱은 나이·연락처를 요구하거나 아동을 프로파일링하지 않습니다. 아동 사용 시 보호자가 기기, iCloud 및 구매 승인을 관리해야 합니다.

When you request a forecast, your selected coordinates and technical request data are sent only to provide that forecast. Apple WeatherKit receives the coordinate, request time, IP, and technical data. MET Norway receives a coordinate rounded to four decimal places, request time, the proxy IP, and a service-identifying User-Agent. AeriPaw keeps successful proxy responses for about 10 minutes; provider-side retention follows each provider's policy. If you submit nearby weather, the proxy discards the exact coordinate immediately after calculating an approximately 2 km area cell and keeps only that cell plus rain, snow, or no-precipitation. A representative signal appears only when at least three reports in 30 minutes agree by 60% or more; it never changes or replaces the official forecast. 4. Processors and international transfers

Features use encrypted TLS connections to Apple Inc. and its affiliates in the United States and other Apple infrastructure countries for WeatherKit and, if enabled, CloudKit storage, sync, and private sharing; data lasts until you delete it or for the period in Apple's service policy. Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure in the United States and other operating countries processes rounded forecast coordinates and, when you report, the exact coordinate only long enough to derive an approximately 2 km cell, plus the cell, selection, request time, IP, and security data for MET proxying, short response caching, nearby-report aggregation, rate limiting, security, and fault handling. Forecast cache entries last roughly 10 minutes and active report rows less than one hour. Application invocation logging is disabled; backups and other operational data follow Cloudflare's policy. The Norwegian Meteorological Institute in Norway receives the rounded coordinate, request time, proxy IP, and service identifier when MET weather is requested, under its policy. Avoid weather requests or nearby reports, disable iCloud and use local storage, or stop using the app to limit these transfers; the corresponding forecast, reporting, sync, or sharing feature will then be unavailable.

5. iCloud and family sharing

App-created data uses Apple's private CloudKit container. AeriPaw creates no searchable profile or Grigent password account. Family sharing requires an Apple invitation, and the owner can revoke access. Sync and recovery timing depend on Apple Account and network availability.

6. Your choices, retention, and deletion

Use Settings → Your data → Delete app-created data to delete pets, progress, saved places, and achievements; that deletion syncs to private iCloud. The app also attempts to stop a household you own or leave one you joined. If the network request fails, retry from the Family tab. Revoke location in iOS Settings. Apple manages App Store purchase history and refunds. Nearby reports have no account or device identifier, so an individual report cannot be looked up again; it is automatically deleted within one hour. You or a lawful guardian may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction; we verify the request and respond within the period required by law.

When a purpose or retention period ends, or a valid deletion request applies, electronic records are deleted using methods intended to prevent recovery; any paper record is shredded or incinerated. Records that law requires us to retain are isolated and destroyed when that period ends. Provider backups expire under each provider's rotation schedule.

7. Website storage

This website stores only your selected language code in browser local storage (aeripaw-language). It uses no advertising cookie or analytics tool. You can remove it through your browser's site-data controls.

8. Security and children

We use TLS, Apple's sandbox and CloudKit permissions, a key-protecting proxy, and short caches. No service can promise perfect security. AeriPaw does not request age or contact data or profile children. A guardian should manage a child's device, iCloud access, and purchase approval.

9. Changes

Material updates will be posted here and in the app with a new effective date. Where law requires new consent, we will seek it before the change takes effect.

4. 委託・国外移転

Apple Inc.および関連会社の米国その他の運用国に、WeatherKitの要求情報と、iCloud有効時にはペット・進行・設定・家族共有データをTLSで送信し、予報、CloudKit保存・同期・共有に使用します。保存は利用者の削除またはAppleのポリシー上の期間までです。Cloudflare, Inc.の米国その他のグローバル基盤は、予報用の丸めた座標と、報告時に約2km単位へ変換する間だけの正確な座標、地域、選択内容、要求時刻、IP、セキュリティ情報を、METプロキシ、短時間キャッシュ、地域報告の集計・速度制限、保安・障害対応のため処理します。予報キャッシュは約10分、稼働中の報告行は1時間未満で、バックアップ等はCloudflareのポリシーに従います。アプリ呼出ログは無効です。ノルウェーのNorwegian Meteorological Instituteは、MET要求時に丸めた座標、要求時刻、プロキシIP、サービス識別情報を受け取ります。天気要求や地域報告を行わない、iCloudを無効にして端末保存を使う、または利用を中止することで制限できますが、該当機能は利用できません。

5. iCloudと家族共有

作成データはAppleの個人用CloudKitコンテナを使います。検索可能なプロフィールやGrigentのパスワードアカウントは作りません。家族共有はAppleの招待承認が必要で、所有者はアクセスを解除できます。

設定 → 自分のデータ → アプリ作成データを削除、からペット、進行、保存地点、実績を削除し、その削除をiCloudに同期できます。家族共有の停止・退出も試み、失敗時は家族タブから再実行できます。位置権限はiOS設定で撤回でき、購入履歴・返金はAppleが管理します。地域の報告にはアカウントや端末識別子がないため個別に再検索できず、1時間以内に自動削除されます。本人または法定代理人は開示・訂正・削除・取扱制限を請求できます。

目的・保存期間の終了または有効な削除請求時、電子記録は復元困難な方法で削除し、紙記録は裁断または焼却します。法令上の保存義務がある記録は分離し、期間終了後に破棄します。事業者のバックアップは各ローテーション日程に従い消去されます。

7. ウェブ保存領域

本サイトは選択言語コードだけをブラウザのローカルストレージ（aeripaw-language）に保存します。広告Cookieや分析ツールは使用しません。ブラウザのサイトデータ設定から削除できます。

8. セキュリティ・子ども
