재설치 후 펫이 보이지 않아요
처음 사용하던 것과 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인했는지, 설정에서 iCloud Drive와 AeriPaw가 켜져 있는지 확인하세요. 네트워크 연결 뒤 동기화에 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 설정의 저장 방식이 ‘이 기기에만’이면 해당 시점에는 iCloud가 구성되지 않은 상태입니다.
현재 위치를 사용하지 않아도 되나요?
네. 위치 권한은 선택입니다. 기본 도시 예보를 사용할 수 있고, iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 위치 서비스에서 언제든 권한을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
출처가 하나만 표시돼요
제공자 장애, 지역 지원 범위, 라이선스 구성 또는 네트워크 문제로 일부 출처만 성공할 수 있습니다. AeriPaw는 실패를 숨기지 않고 출처 화면에 표시하며, 하나뿐이면 일치도를 ‘제한적’으로 표시합니다.
Plus를 복원하고 싶어요
구매 때와 같은 Apple 계정을 사용한 뒤 설정 → AeriPaw Plus → 구매 복원을 누르세요. Plus는 자동 갱신이 없는 한 번의 구매입니다. 청구·환불 문의는 Apple의 문제 신고를 이용하세요.
내 데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요
앱의 설정 → 내 데이터 → 앱 생성 데이터 삭제를 사용하세요. 개인 iCloud에도 삭제가 동기화됩니다. 가족 공유를 만든 소유자는 공유 초대도 별도로 중단해야 할 수 있습니다.
My pet did not return after reinstalling
Confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive and AeriPaw are enabled. Sync can take time after reconnecting. If Settings shows “On this device,” iCloud was not configured at that point.
Can I use the app without current location?
Yes. Location is optional. Use the default city, or change access any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Why is there only one source?
A provider outage, regional coverage, licence configuration, or network problem can leave only one usable source. AeriPaw shows provider failures and labels one-source results Limited.
How do I restore Plus?
Use the same Apple Account as the purchase, then open Settings → AeriPaw Plus → Restore Purchases. Plus is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. For billing or refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings → Your data → Delete app-created data. Deletion syncs to private iCloud. A household owner may also need to stop an existing family share.
再インストール後にペットが戻りません
以前と同じApple Accountで、iCloud DriveとAeriPawが有効か確認してください。再接続後は同期に時間がかかる場合があります。設定に「この端末のみ」と表示される場合、その時点でiCloudは構成されていません。
現在地なしでも使えますか？
はい。位置権限は任意です。既定の都市を使うか、iOS設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 位置情報サービスでいつでも変更できます。
情報元が1つだけです
障害、地域範囲、ライセンス構成、通信問題で一部だけ成功する場合があります。失敗を隠さず表示し、1つだけの場合は一致度を「限定的」とします。
Plusを復元したい
購入時と同じApple Accountを使い、設定 → AeriPaw Plus → 購入を復元、を選びます。Plusは自動更新のない買い切りです。請求・返金はAppleの問題を報告をご利用ください。
データを削除したい
設定 → 自分のデータ → アプリ作成データを削除、を使用してください。個人用iCloudにも削除が同期されます。家族共有の所有者は別途共有を停止する場合があります。
